Joseph P. and Nancy F. Keithley donate more than $100 million the CMA

Joseph P. and Nancy F. Keithley have pledged to donate more than   $100 million, the largest donation the CMA. The entire collection has been transferred to the museum, and beginning on Tuesday, March 17, a selection of the works will be on view in the Cleveland Museum of Art's permanent collection galleries. 
Among the first works to join the collection are three paintings by Pierre Bonnard, two by George Braque and one by Pablo Picasso. The donations, which also include Chinese and Japanese ceramics and watercolors by the American painter John Marin, are valued at more than $100 million in total, according to the museum.
